2. Data processing

Data provided directly by the user / owner of the data when registering on the web or in the app: name, surname, address, ID number / NIF, email, telephone, entity and bank account number, and name of the center of work.

Data provided indirectly: user geolocation data, date and working hours.

3. Purpose of the treatment:

The digital storage of personal data will have the following purposes:

• Manage the payment to each user / owner of the tip data that corresponds to them during their work hours.
• Issuance and sending of invoice.
• Make communications via email and/or send SMS to the user about the operation of the service provided by TipOn.
• Sending monthly and/or annual summaries of the income received in the corresponding period by the user through the app.
• Annual income certificate for personal income tax declaration, if applicable.
• Statistical purposes for the purposes of analyzing the use of the app by geographic areas and market sectors, as well as analyzing the behavior of customers who pay tips by geographic areas and market sectors.

TipOn also uses the information to investigate and analyze the possibility of expanding the services and/or improving the services it provides to users.

4. Subscriptions

The user expressly consents to the incorporation of the data provided to treatments whose owner and person in charge is the entity that owns the web and/or app, and whose purpose is to send you general information and communications. The user may at any time exercise the rights indicated in section 8 without said decision being retroactive, communicating it through the indicated email. 5. Legitimation:

9. Recipients

11. Modifications.

This Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, if applicable, and the Terms of Use may be modified. In this case, TipOn will send users notices of substantial changes and modifications to said documents via email, or any other means that ensures their receipt.
